Для обнуления требуется замена одного файла (LicenseDefender.php , который находится в папке /clientexec/newedge/classes/ )

[ Установка ]
===========================================================
Для установки ClientExec на ваш сервер, выполните следующие действия:
  1. Извлеките содержимое zip файла в отдельную папку на вашем компьютере.
  2. Загрузите папку clientexec в веб-директорию вашего сайта (при возникновении проблем попробуйте сделать это в бинарном режиме)
  3. Можете переименовать папку по своему усмотрению (billing, clients и т.д.)
  4. Перейдите по ссылке Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйсяclientexec/instal.php для запуска процесса установки (при появлении ошибки, связанной с Ioncube, установите Ioncube)
  5. Следуйте дальнейшим инструкциям по установке, указание базы данных, создание основной учетной записи администратора.
  6. Установка биллинг-панели завершена!

Обновление на версию 4.6.2 вышло давно, не успел обновить первый пост,
Способ получения чистой копии clientexec всё еще работает, а так же нулл от неё тоже)

Starting with this release, and with all future releases, we will only be providing Ioncube encoded files. If you were using a Zend Encoded version of ClientExec, you will need to ensure you have the Ioncube Loader extension loaded in PHP.

5 версия вышла, не подскажите где имеется nulled? По сравнению с предыдущими версиями, эта даже очень симпатичная.
 
Не подскажет кто, есть какая-то документация на версию 5.0.1? Да и вообще у нее API есть? Хочется заказать разработку нескольких модулей.
С разработчиками связывался, некоторые ценники выставили вполне нормальные, а вот на платежные модули заломили просто нереальную цену.
 
Подскажите 4.6.2 архивом никто не поделится с файлобменки? на сайте производителя пусто....
